FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with obtaining fetal fibroblasts, uniting the nucleus of fetal fibroblasts with corresponding recipient cell. Moreover, before consolidation, fetal fibroblasts do not undergo external manipulations for passing into GO-phase. Then comes proliferation of obtained cells during the period before development of blastocysts and, in corresponding case, transplantation of grown cellular mass for recipient animals. The present innovation enables to increase efficiency of cloning in animals. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 14 cl, 1 tbl |
