titleOfInvention Method of thermal processing of waste of plastic based on polyolefin hydrocarbons
abstract FIELD: chemical industry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention presents a method of a thermal processing of waste of plastic based on polyolefin hydrocarbons. It falls into chemical technology, that is to the technology of utilization of synthetic polymeric materials and may be used for production of chemical substances and motor fuels made of the plastic waste. A purpose of the invention is development of ecologically safe method of processing of waste of the plastic based on the polyolefin hydrocarbons into low-boiling (up to 200 =) hydrocarbonaceous products using the method of their thermal decomposition without access of oxygen. The synthetic polymers waste processing method provides for preparation of a blend of processed polymers with a substance - free-radical former, calefaction of the received blend without access of oxygen with consequent extraction of liquid products. The invention provides for, that as a free-radical former they shall use the hydrolytic lignin taken in quantity exceeding 10 % and up to 15 % of the processed polymers mass. The process should be continued up to maximum extraction of the low-boiling hydrocarbons faction. EFFECT: production of chemical substances and motor fuels made of the plastic waste. 1 tbl, 11 ex
