FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of novel medicinal preparations of semithicone. Anti-foaming semithicone preparation as an oral, solid, medicinal form is prepared from freely flowing granulated composition comprising mixture consisting of simethicone or bicalcium phosphate or their mixture and one or some pharmaceutically acceptable excipients wherein mixture simethicone/calcium phosphate represents homogenous granulated composition with particles size 1 000 micron, not above. Composition can contain additionally silicon dioxide or anhydrous calcium phosphate as an adsorbing agent.
