abstract FIELD: explosives. SUBSTANCE: method consists in preliminarily dividing initial materials in aqueous medium to particle size no larger than 3 mm followed by concentrating resulting dispersion of gun powder or solid rocket fuel to 50% moisture content and mixing concentrate with 3-5-fold amount of preliminarily ground peat with moisture content no higher than 40%.
