FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sustained- -release of therapeutic compounds from delivery system of medicinal agents. Compound is incapsulated into the delivery system of medicinal agent showing sustained rate of release. Indicated system is administrated as a single dose by epidural route. Delivery system of medicinal agent involves multiple-vesicular liposomes prepared from the group consisting of chicken egg phosphatidylcholines, dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholines, distearoylphosphatidylcholines, dioleoylphosphatidylcholines, dipalmitoylphosphatidylglycerols, dioleoylphosphatidylglycerols and their acceptable combinations. For attenuation of breathing suppression the incapsulated analgetic agent is administrated by epidural route in multiple-vesicular liposome delivery system.
