abstract FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention proposed the combined preparation for treatment and prophylaxis of gastroenteric diseases caused or mediated by microorganism Helicobacter pylori. The preparation consists of two rows of medicinal agents placed separately in a single container unit and including omeprazole or lansoprazole, tinidazol or metronidazole, clarithromycin designated for the combined simultaneous or successive oral administration. Proposed combinations of components provide synergetic antibacterial effect against Helicobacter pylori in vitro and in vivo in experiments with white inbred mice. Except for, the application of preparation allows avoiding the repeated infection. Disposition of active components in container provides maximal acid-resistance of omeprazole and lansoprazole and their convenient using by patient.
