titleOfInvention | Method for predicting cystobiliary fistulas and thinned cystic walls at renal echinococcusectomy |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: one should measure fluorescence of endogenic porphyrins caused by laser irradiation of cystic wall. At fluorescence value being by 10 times higher against that of standard fluorescence sample one should predict fistula, and at fluorescence value being by 5-10 times higher - biliary ducts are diagnosed being not far from internal surface of fibrous cystic capsule. The suggested method enables to detect those sections of cystic wall where biliary ducts are mostly near, where there is great possibility for development of biliary fistulas in the nearest postoperative period. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. 1 dwg, 1 ex |
