SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel derivatives of 8-pyridono[5,6-g] quinoline of the formulas (I) , or (III) , or (IV) wherein R 1 is hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine atom; R 2 is CF 3 CF 2 H; R 3 is hydrogen atom; R 4 and R 5 each independently means hydrogen atom, C 1 -C 4 -alkyl; R 6 and mean hydrogen atom; R 8 is hydrogen atom, C 1 -C 4 -alkyl; R 9 -R 18 each means hydrogen atom; R 19 means fluorine atom or NO 2 ; R 24 is hydrogen atom, C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, NO 2 ; R 25 is hydrogen atom, C 1 -C 4 -alkyl; R 26 is hydrogen atom, C 1 -C 6 -alkyl; R 27 and R 28 each independently means hydrogen atom or C 1 -C 4 -alkyl; m = 1; n = 0 or 1; o = 0 or 1; Y is oxygen atom; Z is NH, NR 22 ; R 22 is C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, and also pharmaceutical composition for effect on activity of androgenic receptors.
