abstract FIELD: agriculture, fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing nitrogen-containing organo-mineral fertilizers. The parent lignin- -containing raw is treated with nitric acid followed by ammoniation of prepared substances. Method involves the use of lignocarbohydrate materials as lignin-containing raw that contain 20- 40% of lignin, 30-60% of cellulose and 13-35% of hemicelluloses. Treatment is carried out with nitric acid as measured 0.25-2 g of monohydrate per 1 g of raw at intensive mechanical grinding of reactive mixture for 5-30 min at 25 C.
