FIELD: medicine, homeopathy, phytotherapy. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes agent that represents an aqueous extract from linden leaves collected for phase from onset of buds frondescence to defoliation and comprises the following ratio of components, wt.-%: extractive substances, 0.1-47; ethyl alcohol and purified water, the balance. Method for preparing involves extraction with water firstly, then with 15-96% ethyl alcohol at 40-90 C by method of fractional maceration or percolation for 1-168 h in the ratio raw : extractant = 1 : (5-100). Obtained extracts are combined and total extractive substances are isolated. Invention relates to curative- -prophylactic agents for internal and external application that elicit the general tonic, anti-inflammatory, wound-healing, detoxifying, antibacterial, anti-anginal, anti-atherosclerotic, antioxidant, antihypoxic, neuroprotective, sedative, cardioprotective, anti-arrhythmic, angioprotective, stress-protective, immunotropic, antifungal, nephroprotective, hepatoprotective, gastroprotective, ferveprotective, membrane-protective, frigoprotective, radioprotective, retinoprotective and anti-surdity effects.
