For this purpose, prepared bananas are treated with preparation obtained out of Mortierella pulchella micromycete biomass according to the preset technology and kept for 2-5 h. Then comes purification, pulp is reduced to obtain juice, skin is hydrolyzed, hydrolyzate is separated to blend it with juice.
