titleOfInvention Traumatologic table wheel litter
abstract FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has bearing tie beams connecting rungs of the stretcher, means for fastening patient body and beds mounted on supporting members for giving support to arms and elbows. The device has horizontal keel, longitudinal cross-bars, guy cable, wheels mounted on uprights and telescopic clamps. Removable means for loading patient are mounted on ends. Both rungs of the stretcher, members for supporting beds are telescopic and are put-on over the horizontal keel by means of telescopic clamps. Wheel uprights are attached to the bearing tie beams. The longitudinal tie beams are pulled through the telescopic clamps on the upper end of the uprights. The uprights are arranged in fan-like manner in the plane ser in perpendicular to the horizontal keel axis. The horizontal keel, bearing tie beams and uprights are bound with guy cables. All telescopic clamps have housing with rest members, handle, clamp, ear for fastening handle, movable frame with sliders, wedge, ear hole and hinges. The housing is divided into rigid and flexible part with a T- shaped cut. Handle ear is located on the rigid part. Rest members are located on the flexible part along the T-shaped cut with movable frame having sliders, wedge and balls. The frame is connected to the handle by means of clamp. The balls are arranged in cells between matching surfaces of rest members and frame sliders. EFFECT: rapid transfer of the device from transportation to working state; easy adaptation to suit any patient height and weight; reliable fastening in any spatial position. 3 cl, 2 dwg
