titleOfInvention Surgical method for preventing pancreonecrosis development
abstract FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: main pancreatic duct is catheterized. Catheter's openings are adjusted at the level of caput and body. One end is withdrawn through large duodenal papilla into duodenum, stomach and through microgastrostoma - onto anterior abdominal wall. The second end of catheter is withdrawn onto anterior abdominal wall. Through drainage one should carry out sanitation lavage with antiseptic solutions and antibacterial therapy. In peculiar case, one should carry out lavage with 20 ml 1%- dioxidine solution diluted in 100 ml NaCl isotonic solution in certain mode. The present method enables to increase efficiency of decompression in case of pancreonecrosis. EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis. 1 cl, 1 dwg
