abstract FIELD: methods of coating inner walls of tubes. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes stage of settling of metal alkoxide and chromium compound from vapor phase of mixed solution on inner walls at simultaneous introduction of carrier at flow rate of 1-5000 kg/h/coil at temperature of 600-900 C and pressure of 0-3 kgf/sq cm for forming buffer layer on inner walls and settling of metal alkoxide on buffer layer as barrier, as well as settling of alkali metal or alkali-earth metal from vapor phase; it may be also mixed with coke-removing layer on barrier. Coke-removing layer may be additionally provided on diffusion barrier.
