titleOfInvention Method for treatment of relapsing urogenital candidiasis on background of trichomoniasis
abstract FIELD: medicine, dermatovenerology. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes prescription of preparations on the first day after menses termination. Metronidazol is prescribed as an antitrichomoniasis preparation in the dose 500 mg, 3 times per 24 h, every day for one week. Orungal is prescribed as an antimycotic preparation in the dose 100 mg per 24 h, every day for one week and then in the dose 300 mg for 2 weeks. Method provides the enhancement of effectiveness of treatment, to reduce frequency of relapses of urogenital cadidiasis and to enhance indices of etiological recovery of trichomoniasis. Invention can be used in treatment of urogenital candidiasis on the background of trichomoniasis. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 1 tbl
