titleOfInvention Method for treating narcotic and/or nicotinic addiction
abstract FIELD: medicine, psychotherapy, narcology. SUBSTANCE: at analyzing anamnesis, one should detect trigger factors in behavior dependence, then comes rational psychotherapy to adjust patient to looking forward for alteration in atmosphere of unconventional nature of events happening by verbally imparting the method with peculiar power and verbal symbol as "psychotropic energy". Patient should believe in reality and efficiency of events happening. Patient is suggested for remote autonomic-somatic reactions, then patient should take off shoes, watch and all metal objects, then patient is placed into the site in the room being opposite to that chosen by him/her earlier. Patient is given the purpose to close eyes to carry out imitation of instrumental diagnostic scanning by pronouncing loudly the information about the degree of destruction of these those body systems due to narcotics or tobacco. Then doctor should move around the patient by changing direction being behind and left-hand against the patient. Patient is suggested for unpleasant feelings followed by the command to strain body muscles at maximum degree and keep such strain for as prolonged time as possible. After achieving light hypnotic trance in patients, it is necessary to carry out curative suggestion consisting of two suggestive blocks - negative and positive-adjusting. At the first block, one should develop aversion, threatening and negative reflexes for narcotics and tobacco. Moreover, at the background of kept muscular strain one should initiate in patient the feeling caused by physical and psychic manifestations of abstinence state and patient is suggested with individual unpleasant psychic and autonomic-somatic reactions characteristic for his/her abstinence state. At achieving the state of pseudoabstinence and aversion patient is suggested for intolerance and refusal from narcotics and tobacco. At the second block, it is necessary to develop psychological commands for resistance and stability for trigger factors of addiction, suggest indifferent- neutral attitude for them, suggest positive mood for healthy life mode and repeat terms for addiction escape. Then comes role training by modeling provoking situations at the background of suggestion of pseudoabstinent state. Then comes family psychotherapy with patient's relatives to remove mutual- negative interpersonal relations and develop understanding and positive perception by patient in question. Finally, patient should be suggested for positive psychic selfregulation. Moreover, as means for self- control one should apply a calendar with the photo of his/her treating doctor and the date of seance conducted. The present method enables to achieve stable refusal of narcotics and/or tobacco-smoking. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 1 ex _
