abstract FIELD: medicine, infection diseases, hepatology, immunology. SUBSTANCE: invention elates to treatment of patients with acute viral hepatitis. Method involves administration of glucocorticoids and cytostatics. Before onset of treatment with glucocorticoids blood level of lymphocytes is determined in patient and cytostatic is administrated additionally if the level of relative content of lymphocytes is above 35%. Daily dose of glucocorticoids is distributed uniformly for 24 h and administrated up to termination of their active effect. 6-Mercaptopurine or azathioprine is used as cytostatics.
