abstract FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: one should study blood serum lipids. Moreover, one should additionally determine modified LP(a) before and after treatment due to incubating 7% PEG-6000 blood serum precipitate with sudan B solution for 1 h in dark thermostat at 40 C and applying the sample into the hole in agarose gel at foundation area of 4x20 mm for electrophoresis and at mLP(a) level decrease by 50% and higher against the initial level it is possible to state upon favorable disease flow prediction. At mLP(a) level decrease by below 50% against the initial level the prediction is considered to be unfavorable. EFFECT: higher efficiency of prediction. 13 dwg
