titleOfInvention Method for rehabilitation in patients after myocardial infarction
abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: one should affect area of myocardial projection in phases of diastole and inhalation, impact onto projection areas of other organs should be carried out in phases of systole and inhalation. Moreover, impact upon blood in ulnar fossa vein is carried out percutaneously for 600 pulse beats, impact upon other organs - for 120 pulse beats. One should control the ratio of pulse rate to respiration rate which is considered to be normal within 3-5, and beyond this range during period exceeding 1 min one should stop quantum-therapeutic impact. Time during the day to carry out rehabilitation is chosen individually 2-3 h before maximum availability of painful and/or pain-free ischemia according to the data of daily ECG monitoring. Rehabilitation course corresponds to 10-14 d of daily procedures. EFFECT: higher efficiency of rehabilitation. 2 cl, 2 ex, 1 tbl
