titleOfInvention Method for preparing siccative
abstract FIELD: paint and varnish materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparing manganese siccative. Siccative is prepared by treatment of 2-ethylhexanoic acid sodium salt an aqueous solution or fatty acid tall oil or distilled tall oil with manganese chloride or sulfate under atmosphere of inert gas in the presence of white spirit and using surface-active substances based on dioxane alcohols of floating reagent oxal T-66 or oxal T-92 or derivatives of quaternary ammonium compounds ethamon DS, polyelectolyte VPK-402 or dimethylammonium chloride as a catalyst of interphase exchange processes. Process is carried out at temperature 20-40 C. method provides to prepare siccative with low color index: 10-40 U by iodometric scale. EFFECT: improved preparing method. 2 tbl, 15 ex
