titleOfInvention Method for preparing catalyst of butadiene polymerization
abstract FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for preparing catalysts of polymerization of unsaturated hydrocarbon and can be used in production of cis-1,4-polybutadiene in industry of synthetic rubbers. Catalyst for butadiene polymerization is prepared by interaction in hydrocarbon solvent of catalyst components including compound of rare-earth metals, organic halide compound, organic aluminum compound and coupled diene. Carbon tetrachloride is used as an organic halide that is subjected preliminary for interaction with part or all amount of organic aluminum compound in the mole ratio carbon tetrachloride : aluminum = 0.025-0.75 being both at the room temperature and at increased temperature. Then at the room temperature mixing with other components is carried out in the mole ratio rare-earth metal : aluminum : chlorine : diene = (1:4)-(20:2)- (3:0.1)-20, respectively. Method ensures to reduce consumption of organic aluminum compound significantly using available raw, to prepare polymers with good technological properties and high level of physical- mechanical indices of rubbers on their base. EFFECT: improved preparing method of catalyst. 2 cl, 4 ex
