FIELD: organofluoric compounds, medicine. SUBSTANCE: emulsion of perorganofluoric compounds (PFOS) for intravascular administration consists of rapidly eliminating perfluorocarbon and slowly eliminating perfluorinated tertiary amine and involves additionally at least three species of PFOS admixtures taken in small amounts. PFOS admixtures are similar by structure and physical- -chemical properties to basic PFOS. Emulsion comprises also minor admixtures of H-perfluoroalkanes. PFOS emulsion is stabilized with copolymer polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene. In preparing emulsion a stabilizing agent is heated at temperature below 75 C, all components are saturated with carbon dioxide and homogenization is carried out with carbon dioxide blowing. Proposed method ensures to minimize peroxides formation and therefore to reduce reactivity of emulsions. Components of composition causes stability of emulsion in storage and in blood circulation and low viscosity of PFOS emulsion that provides high dynamic oxygen capacity of the preparation and improves delivery of oxygen to tissues. Invention proposes to use PFOS emulsions as agent for treatment air-fat embolism, obliterating damages of limb vessels and also for prophylaxis of toxic damages caused by different xenobiotics. EFFECT: improved preparing method of emulsion, treatment and prophylaxis, valuable medicinal properties. 19 cl, 6 tbl, 8 ex |
