titleOfInvention Method of obtaining vitamin complex in the form of dragee
abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves obtaining vitamin complex based on water- and fat-soluble vitamins such as retinol acetate, thiamine chloride, riboflavine, pyridoxine hydrochloride ascorbic acid, α-tocopherol acetate, nicotine amide, rutin, folic acid, calcium pantothenate, cyanocobalamin used in pharmacologically admissible amounts by multiple-staged production of pellets comprising vitamins by wetting each layer with watering sugar syrup with following rolling of sugar powder; calibrating on sieves; coating dragee with protective sugar layer and glossing dragee surface with wax-fat compound; wetting each layer of vitamin or mixture thereof dusted with sugar powder with watering syrup and adding starch syrup, with dry substance content being in the range of 66-68.5%; initially rolling thiamine chloride, then cyanocobalamin and pyridoxine chydrochloride mixture and further riboflavine and folic acid mixture; successively rolling resultant semi- finished product with rutin and nicotine amide; mixing resultant product with solution comprising retinol palmitate or retinol acetate in oil, or α-tocopherol acetate, ethereal oil, flour, sugar syrup containing 78.0-79.0% of starch syrup and dry substances; slightly drying semifinished product; wetting with watering syrup; spilling with sugar powder; rolling calcium pantothenate and further ascorbic acid; after finishing rolling of all vitamins, calibrating dragee to desired sizes; drying; coating with first protective sugar layer and adding riboflavine in an amount of 0.1 wt% and dry substance content of 80.0-81.0%; spilling sugar powder; coating with second protective sugar with dry substance content of 81.0-83.0%; coating resultant dragee with glossing mixture. EFFECT: increased efficiency in producing stable, effective and safe preparation with crunching interlayer and coating, provision for complete assimilation of hydrocarbon component in accordance with organism's demands and peculiarities of assimilation rate. 2 ex
