abstract FIELD: medicine, hematology. SUBSTANCE: method involves analysis in activated partial thromboplastin test using protein C as activator and assay of coagulation time. Coagulation time of mixture of patient analyzing plasma with resistance to activated protein is determined after addition of activator of protein C to this mixture and after addition of distilled water. Then index R as ratio of mixture coagulation with addition of activator of protein C to time of mixture coagulation with addition of distilled water is calculated. Thrombophilia is diagnosed in value of this index less 2.1. Method provides the enhancement of thrombophilia diagnosis precision determined by resistance of factor V to activated protein C.
