titleOfInvention | Cellular concrete production method using protein foaming agent |
abstract | FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: method of production of cellular concrete includes preparation of paste-like protein foaming agent from ground grain material with slaked lime added, which paste is aged in closed vessel and then diluted by mixing with water to give foaming agent solution. Thus prepared foaming agent solution is further mixed with laitance and filler to give liquid foamed concrete, which is poured into mold and hardened. More specifically, ground grain material is agitated with alcoholic distillery dregs or clarified yeast mash in presence of yeast at ratio of grain material to distillery dregs or yeast mash 1:(1-4) for 3-12 h at 20-40 C, after which resulting suspension is mixed with slaked lime at ratio of grain material to slaked lime between 2:1 and 6:1; aging is effected during at least 48 h at 15-30 C; dilution varies between 2 and 20 times; mixing with laitance is preceded by foaming, which is accomplished be mechanically affecting foaming agent solution-air interface while simultaneously adding complexing salts in amounts 0,001 to 0.005 kg per 1 cu.dm foaming agent solution; and, finely, for mixing foaming agent, laitance, and filler, all components are supplied simultaneously. EFFECT: lowered expenses on concreting due to accelerated foaming agent preparation and cellular concrete manufacture processes. 7 cl, 4 ex |
