titleOfInvention Method for detecting oxidizing resistance of blood plasma
abstract FIELD: medicine, laboratory diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: one should apply plasma dilution with a standard buffer solution at 1:20 - 1:50, copper-induced oxidation is carried out by adding 0.1 ml aqueous solution of CuSO 4 •5H 2 O at concentration of 20 mcM CuSO 4 to 2 ml diluted plasma, the mixture obtained should be incubated at 37 C at periodic mixing, 24 h later one should register obtained quantity of products reacting with thiobarbituric acid at recalculation for 1 ml undiluted plasma to compare to the value of blood plasma oxidizing resistance established for healthy patients. The method is very simple and available under conditions of clinical practice. EFFECT: higher sensitivity. 4 dwg, 1 tbl
