abstract | FIELD: medicine, obstetrics. SUBSTANCE: in the first trimester of pregnancy on should study the quantity of free endotheliocytes, level of D-dimers, fibrinogen, the number of thrombocytes and that of type III lymphocytes, the level of interleukin-6, index of leukocytic activity, total peripheral vascular resistance (TPVR), based upon these values one should calculate F value by the formula, at F above 0 it is possible to conclude that pregnant woman potentially belongs to risk group for POF development, at F under 0 - that pregnant woman belongs to the group where POF won't be developed during pregnancy course. The method enables to detect patients belonging to risk group for POF development earlier and prescribe corresponding therapy. EFFECT: higher efficiency of prediction. 2 ex |
