Antibody vff-18 and its analogues |
abstract |
FIELD: molecular biology, immunology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to monoclonal antibody raised to epitope with amino acid sequence encoding by variable exon v6 in gene CD44 representing antibody VFF-44 produced by hybridoma DSM ACC 2174 or its fragment. Monoclonal antibody or its fragment is designated for diagnostic or therapeutic aims. Invention describes hybridoma DSM ACC 2174 producing the above-mentioned antibody. Invention relates also to antibody raised to epitope with amino acid sequence encoding by variable exon v6 in gene CD44 prepared by recombinant and/or enzymatic, and/or chemical modification without alternation of amino acid sequence of antibody VFF-18 in the binding site of antigen or its fragment. Except for, invention relates to recombinant antibody raised to epitope with amino acid sequence encoding by variable exon v6 in gene encoding amino acid sequence of monoclonal antibody VFF-18 in the binding site of antigen or its fragment. Recombinant antibody or its fragment is designated for diagnostic or therapeutic aims. Antibody VFF-18 and its analogues and fragments exhibit improved properties as compared with other antibodies showing specificity to v6 that provides high potential benefit for diagnosis and therapy of tumors. EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of antibody. 17 cl, 9 dwg, 7 tbl, 7 ex |
