FIELD: biotechnology, medicine. SUBSTANCE: gene Rb encoding functionally active retinoblastoma protein is mutated by change in conservative region of homology P5 or gene Rb is mutated by change of nucleotide sequence encoding amino acid arranged in the phosphorylation site of protein. Mutant gene p53 is prepared by change in conservative region of homology P5. Plasmids containing mutant gene Rb or p53 are express active mutant protein that is able to inhibit cell proliferation. Invention allows to develop methods for treatment of non-cancer cellular-proliferative diseases and can be used for inhibition of cellular proliferation.
