FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out ultrasonic liver echodensitometry in two zones. The first zone is immediately near the anterior liver surface (zone A). The second zone near the place the frenic liver surface becomes visceral one (zone B). Pixel distribution curves are built in each zone. Density coefficients (K d ) are calculated in each zone as ratio of product of most frequently occurring pixels in the zone under investigation (L) and the number of most frequently occurring pixels in the zone under investigation (M) to the total number of pixels in the zone under investigation. Ultrasonic wave damping index K dmp is calculated from a mathematical formula. The K dmp growing relative to normal value, diffuse adiposity hepatosis is to be diagnosed. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis. 10 dwg, 2 tbl |
