abstract FIELD: fodder production. SUBSTANCE: at producing dry fodder for fish and Crustacean one should supplement fresh raw fish material with products containing carbohydrates of plant origin together with other additives to obtain the content of carbohydrates in ready-to-use product being equal to, at least, 5%. At all the stages of technological process, even till obtaining the fodder in the form of pellets, water content in material should be maintained at the level above 10%. Dry fodder obtained contains 25-60% protein, 10-40% fat and 5-25% carbohydrates, moreover, fats are represented by fish oil to 40%. EFFECT: higher efficiency of production. 12 cl, 1 dwg
