abstract | FIELD: VARNISH-AND-PAINT INDUSTRY. SUBSTANCE: composition for manufacturing protective-decorative coatings on wood, metal surfaces, parts of machines and instruments operated under in-door and atmospheric conditions and in corrosive media. Composition contains lacquer colloxylin, colophony-glycerol ether, dibutyl phthalate, chloroparaffin, and, additionally, as plasticizer, flotation reagent: oxal and condensate originated from colophony-glycerol ether production; dry-expanded paste based on pigments expanded with lacquer colloxylin, dibutyl phthalate, and copper oleate; butyl acetate, acetone, ethanol, butanol, and toluene. EFFECT: increased light resistance of enamel film (6-7 h) and resistance to static effect of mineral oil (10-12 h at 100+/-5 C). 3 tbl |
