FIELD: method of production of concentrate and powder of neutralizer of superoxide anion radical (SAR) demonstrating high and stable neutralizing SAR activity. SUBSTANCE: hydrogen adsorbent is introduced into solution obtained through dissolving electrolyte in purified water. Solution containing hydrogen adsorbent is introduced into cathode and anode chambers separated from each other by diaphragm. Electric current generated between cathode immersed in cathode chamber and anode immersed in anode chamber is used for electrolysis of solution. Water formed in cathode chamber is extracted and is evaporated. During evaporation, powder of neutralizer of superoxide anion radical is obtained.
