titleOfInvention | Method of synthesis of n-substituted alkyl-(2-dialkoxyphosphoryl)alkylimidates |
abstract | FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of synthesis of N-substituted alkyl-(2-dialkoxyphosphoryl)- -alkylimidates that are novel structure type of organophosphorus compounds. Invention describes method of synthesis of N-substituted alkyl-(2-dialkoxyphosphoryl)alkylimidates of the formula: where R is C 3 -C 4 alkyl or isoalkyl; R' is C(O)CH 3 , C(O)C 6 H 5 , Si(CH 3 ) 3 , P(O)(OCH 3 ) 2 ; R'' is C 1 -C 4 --alkyl or isoalkyl; R''' is C 1 -C 4 -alkyl or isoalkyl. Method involves preparing sodium derivatives of N-substituted alkyl-(2-dialkoxyphosphoryl)ethaneimidates by interaction of N-substituted alkyl-(2-dialkoxyphosphoryl)ethaneimidates with sodium and the following alkylation of synthesized derivative with halide alkane in dioxane medium in the mole ratio sodium : N-substituted alkyl-(2-dialkoxyphosphoryl)ethaneimidate : halide alkane = (1:1:1-1.2), respectively, at temperature 20-60 C. Invention provides synthesis of chemical compounds that can be used for synthesis of biologically active substances used in medicine and agriculture. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis, expanded assortment of compounds. 6 ex |
