abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: innovation deals with triamteren- and hydrochlorthiazide-based preparation. Triamteren is separately reduced with polyvinylpyrrolidone at 1:0.03-1:0.03-0.035 ratio, then reduced active substances are mixed with microcrystalline cellulose and additional supplements such as starch at 18- 22% amount, milk sugar at 32-37% amount and aerosil at 0.5-1.5% amount against total amount of preparation. Technical result of the present innovation is more simplified technology in obtaining the above-mentioned composition at simultaneous manufacturing simple and available tabletted form of medicinal preparation, higher tablet's strength at its simultaneous quick decomposition in water.
