titleOfInvention Method for making repeated subgraft photokeratoablation operations
abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves finding flap edge and lifting it at action point in inferoexterior cornea quadrant using spatula which end is bent at an angle of attack of microkeratome blade. Double- edged spatula end is introduced into canal under the flap and epithelial clot is cut in can-cutting knife mode in lifting flap edge only. Then the flap is totally separated in moving the round spatula under the flap in the direction from pedicle base to the free edge and folded in two in two staples placed on its both sides, one moving towards the base and the other one from the edge opposite to the pedicle. The flap is smoothed and pressed after having made keratoablation through soft contact lens to achieve complete coincidence of epithelial wound mouth boundary and flap edge. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; stable refraction and visual effect.
