abstract FIELD: medicinal biotechnology, immunology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparing monoclonal antibody (monAT) and its fragment using hybridome FERM BR-4382 that produces the above-mentioned antibody. For hybridome preparing the recombinant granulocyte colony-stimulating factor rG-CSF is used. The produced monAT belongs to class IgG. Fragment monAT represents F(ab) 2 - fragment. MonAT is able to recognize antigen causing apoptosis of bone marrow myeloid cells and shows also property to induce apoptosis of myeloma cells that ensures to use its as effective medicinal agent for usage in the case of myelocytic leucosis.
