FIELD: organic chemistry of heterocyclic compounds, biochemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to arylalkanoylpyridazines of the formula (I) where B means A, OA, NH 2 , CF 3 , aromatic heterocycle taken among pyridine, pyrazine and pyrimidine; Q is absent or means alkylene with 1-6 carbon atoms; R 1 and R 2 mean independently each of other OR 5 where R 5 means A or cycloalkyl with 3-7 carbon atoms; A means alkyl with 1-10 carbon atoms, and to their physiologically acceptable salts. Compounds of the formula (I) and their physiologically acceptable salts are inhibitors of phosphodiesterase IV and can be used for preparing the medicinal agent with indicated action being for treatment of asthmatic diseases preferably. Except for, invention relates also to method of synthesis of compounds of the formula (I), method of preparing pharmaceutical compositions useful for inhibition of activity of phosphodiesterase IV and to pharmaceutical composition.
