titleOfInvention Incapsulated biopreparation for protecting against colorado potato beetle and other injurious insects of coleoptera type
abstract FIELD: microbiological industry, plant protection. SUBSTANCE: innovation is a highly active preparation against Colorado potato beetle and other Coleoptera injurious insects. The suggested preparation is developed based upon inactivated biomass of recombinant Pseudomonas putida IPM-36 strain producing insecticide protein of cry 3A-type. Preparation's active substance is incapsulated into cellular membrane. It contains no viable cells and spores and possesses the following liquid form of composition, wt.%: treated biomass concentrate of Pseudomonas putida IPM-36 strain 79-89, stabilizer (glycerol), 5-10; insecticides sticker (either mineral or vegetable oil), 5-10; emulsifiers (Brij 30 and Brij 58, or Surfynol 61 and Span 20, or analogous ones), 0.5-1.0; conservant (phenol), 0.1- 0.3. The suggested preparation provides its biological and physiological stability. Guaranteed storage terms is not less than 1 year at up to +25 C, not less. During storage period particles of active substance are not aggregated that, in combination with high biological activity and adhesion, provides high efficiency in protection against Colorado potato beetle at the dosages of 1-2 l/ha. EFFECT: improved results of protection. 4 cl, 9 ex, 4 tbl
