abstract |
FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves using removable device shaped as a part of geometrical body enclosed between two cutting planes. Membrane reagent reacts with the substance under study causing change in color. The device is set on measuring instrument for recording change in color. Concentration value of the substance under study available in sample is calculated from the change in color. The device is taken off from the measuring instrument without touching indicator strip and membrane.
