titleOfInvention | Fused polypeptide able to purposeful transfer to oily body, chimeric dna-construction, expressing cassette |
abstract | FIELD: genetic engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes chimerical DNA-construction comprising sequence encoding part of oily body protein oleosine that is determined as sufficient for providing transfer to oily body and sequence encoding foreign protein designated for synthesis in plant. Between these components the sequence encoding site of protease cleavage can be fused. By placing indicated DNA-construction under control of gene promoter expressing in plant seed under normal conditions the expression cassette is obtained that is used for transformation of vegetable cells. Seeds of grown transgenic plant are used for preparing protein presenting the interest synthesized as fusion protein with oleosine. Accumulation of the expressed protein in fraction of oily bodies alleviates its isolation and purification significantly. Invention can be used for preparing protein in plant seeds presenting the interest. EFFECT: valuable biological properties of polypeptide. 15 cl, 8 dwg, 2 tbl |
