titleOfInvention Comarum palustre l tincture, agent based on comarum palustre l and method of their preparing
abstract FIELD: medicine, phytotherapy, chemical-pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparations of vegetable origin and methods of their preparing. Invention proposes tincture based on vegetable raw used for treatment of osseous-articular diseases. Dried rhizomes or herb, or mixture of rhizomes and herb of plant Comarum palustre L. are used as raw. Also, invention proposes agent for treatment of osseous-articular diseases based on vegetable raw containing powder of extractive substances obtained by 10-80% an aqueous-spirituous extraction of Comarum palustre L. Agent based on dried extract for treatment of osseous-articular diseases containing extractive substances obtained by 10-80% an aqueous-spirituous extraction of Comarum palustre L. and 2-80% ethyl alcohol is developed. Agent comprises components taken in the following ratio, wt.-%: Comarum palustre L. extractive substances, 0.1-12.0; 2-80% ethyl alcohol, the balance. Invention proposes also method of extraction of Comarum palustre L. with 2-80% ethyl alcohol using whole or milled dried rhizomes or herb or mixture of rhizomes and herb of Comarum palustre L. Ratio of leaves and rhizomes is taken from 1:10 to 10:1 and extraction is carried out from 1 h to 21 days by maceration or percolation or other known methods. Then extract is settled to concentration 5-30% of air-dried substances. Pharmacological effect of claimed tincture and agents based on dry extract obtained by the claimed method from swampy marsh cinquefoil is confirmed by clinical investigations. Analysis of clinical material obtained as result of application of tincture and agents based on dry extract indicates that proposed preparations are useful mainly in diseases of osseous-articular etiology: osteochondrosis, gout, radiculitis, rheumatism of different etiology, polyarthritis, ischiasis, arthritis, different inflammatory processes in articulars. Preparation can be used also in liver and cholalic ways diseases, gastroenteric and cardiovascular diseases, lung tuberculosis and different oncological diseases. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, valuable medicinal properties of agent. 8 cl
