titleOfInvention | Method of synthesis of phosphoric acid esters |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry of organophosphorus compounds. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of synthesis of phosphoric acid esters and describes method of their synthesis. Solution of proton-donor reagent and white phosphorus or mixture phosphorus-water on the background of halogen-containing electrolyte in inert solvent is subjected for electrolysis using platinum or glass-carbon anode and platinum, steel or glass-carbon cathode at temperature 25-50 C and current density 90-120 mA/cm 2 by three-fold charge of phosphorus or mixture phosphorus-water to electrolyte being without isolation of product after processing each phosphorus batch and process is carried out up to complete phosphorus depletion followed by isolation of phosphorus acid esters by conventional methods of the latter of general formula: [(RA) n P(O)(H) m ] k O x where if A is O (oxygen): and at n = 3; m = 0; k = 1; x = 0 then trialkyl phosphates where R means CH 3 , C 2 H 5 , C 3 H 7 , iso-C 3 H 7 , C 4 H 9 , C 5 H 11 , C 9 H 19 ; or triaryl phosphates where R means C 6 H 5 , ortho-CH 3 C 6 H 4 , para-CI-C 6 H 4 , para-CH 3 C 6 H 4 , ortho-Cl-C 6 H 4 , para-Br-C 6 H 4 , para-tert. -C 4 H 9 -C 6 H 4 ; at n = 2; m = 1; k = 1; x = 0 then dialkyl phosphates where R means CH 3 , C 2 H 5 , C 3 H 7 , C 4 H 9 ; at n = 2; m = 0; k = 2; x = 1 then tetraalkyl phosphates where R means C 2 H 5 , C 3 H 7 , iso-C 3 H 7 , C 4 H 9 , iso-C 4 H 9 , iso-C 5 H 11 ; if A means N (nitrogen): at n = 3; m = 0; k = 1; x = 0 then triamidophosphates where R means CH 3 , C 2 H 5 , C 3 H 7 , C 4 H 9 . Phosphoric acid esters can be used as plasticizers, addition agent for lubricating oils and liquid fuel, additions for polymers and as extractants and chelating agents, herbicides, insecticides and antiblastic agents. EFFECT: enhanced output of process, expanded assortment of phosphoric acid esters. 9 cl, 10 tbl, 5 ex |
