FIELD: organic chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel compounds of the formula (1) α where and R 1 mean hydrogen atom; or R 2 and R 1 are bound each with other and in common with represented carbon atoms to which they are bound mean o-phenylene or o-naphthylene that can be substituted; R 2 means substituted phenyl; R 3 means hydrogen atom, alkyl, phenyl or benzyl; R 4 means hydrogen atom or alkyl; R 4 means R 5 , -CH 2 - -CO-, -CO-; n means 1, 2 or 2. Compounds are synthesized by addition reaction of acid salts of indicated compounds that comprise nitrogen atom that is able to be protonized. Indicated compounds exhibit inhibitory activity for reduction of undesirable levels of metalloproteinases and inhibitory activity for reduction of TNF -CH 2 - levels. Owing to these properties they can be used as active compound in pharmaceutical compositions and in methods for reduction of undesirable levels of TNF α and for inhibition of undesirable levels of metalloproteinases. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis, valuable medicinal and biochemical properties of compounds. 15 cl, 2 tbl, 41 ex |
