abstract FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: method involves saline extraction of human serum blood alcoholic extract, removal of lipoproteids using chloroform, isolation of end product by alcohol precipitation by centrifugation, dilution of immunoglobulin precipitate in glycine solution, sterilizing filtration and lyophilization. Human plasma blood alcoholic precipitate is diluted using sodium chloride solution with ionic strength 0.01-0.015, 10-20 volumes with respect to precipitate weight. Immunoglobulin precipitate is isolated by addition of ethyl alcohol, precipitate is centrifuged and diluted by 10-15 times using 0.05-0.07 M buffer solution, pH 3.8-3.9, and sodium chloride is added to obtained solution up to final concentration 0.075-0.1 M and chloroform to concentration 13-15%. Obtained lipoproteids precipitate is separated by centrifugation carrying out this procedure two times, not less. To the prepared supernatant sodium hydroxide and ethyl alcohol are added, mixture is centrifuged and filtered. Precipitate of the end product is diluted in glycine solution and pH of solution is brought about to 4.0-4.5. Invention provides enhancement of quality of the end product due to increase of content of immunoglobulins A and M in preparation obtained.
