abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying single cryogenic action to uterine angles area after performing preliminary premedication by introducing cryogenic applicator into the uterine cavity and fixing one of its ends in a uterine angle. Nitrogenous oxide is administered via the cryoapplicator until uterine angle necrosis takes place at 10 mm in depth and then uterine mucosa is treated with low frequency ultrasonic radiation through antibacterial preparation and polyglucin flow. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
