abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making non-penetrating radial incisions in cornea and allograft fragment is placed in each of them. Dried donor cornea is used as allograft. The fragments are selected on size dependently on initial myopia degree and arranged in stroma NEAR Descemet's membrane taking into account autocornea and allocornea layer orientation in perpendicular to each other, so that incision edges become closed above the fragment. EFFECT: reduced risk of injuries and postoperative complications.
