titleOfInvention | Method of corrosion inhibition and composition for method embodiment |
abstract | FIELD: protection of metals from corrosion; applicable in chemical, oil production and oil refining processes. SUBSTANCE: method consists in contacting with metal surface of corrosion inhibitor taken in amount of 0.07-53 mg/l (ppm). Introduced into aggressive medium are inhibitors in liquid phase including water, alcohol, amides, glycols, which protect metal surface from corrosion within temperature range of 4-75 C and pH 3-8. Corrosion inhibitors are used in the form of derivatives of 2-mercaptopyrimidine, their sodium, ammonium salts, chlorides, bromides, acetates, oleates, oxalates or their mixtures. The following corrosion inhibition compositions are proposed which are based on derivatives of 2-mercaptopyrimidine, surfactant and liquid phase, with the following ratio of components, mas.%: derivatives of 2-mercaptopyrimidine, 0.05-0.2; surfactant, 0.01-30; solvent, the balance. Surfactant is used in the form of neonol and laprol. EFFECT: extended assortment of methods and means for protection of metals from corrosion in aggressive media, prolonged protective effect with use of considerably low amounts of inhibitor concentrations as compared with known ones. 16 cl, 29 dwg, 8 tbl |
