abstract | FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology, phytotherapy, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicinal agents of vegetable origin exhibiting purgative, anti-inflammatory and spasmolytic effect. The proposed agent exhibiting purgative, anti-inflammatory and spasmolytic effect comprises medicinal plants peppermint leaves, matricary flowers, senna leaves and fennel fruits taken in the ratio, %: 28.6; 28.6; 28.6; 14.2, respectively. The proposed agent can be used as infusion, decoction, filter-packages and can be made as granules, tablets, suppositories. The proposed agent provides good therapeutic effect in regulation of intestine activity, promotes to meteorism decrease in diseases of gastroenteric tract, normalizes stool in patients with sluggish peristalsis and colon hypotonia, especially in elderly patients, anal fissures healing, hemorrhoid bleeding. Agent can be used in gastroenterological practice in treatment of patients with chronic colitis with spastic, atonic component of different etiology, habitual constipations, hemorrhoid, anal fissures, proctitis, irritable bowel syndrome and colon dyskinesia in children.
