SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of the formula: R 1 -Y-A-B-D-E-F-G where A means ; B means -alkanediyl; D means O-, ; E means 6-membered aromatic ring system; F means values given for D; G means R 1 ; Y means a single bond; R 2 means 4-10-membered mono- or polycyclic aromatic or nonaromatic ring system that, if necessary, can involve 1-4 nitrogen atoms; R 8 OR 9 means hydrogen atom; R 4 , R 5 , R 6 , R 7 mean independently each of other hydrogen atom, R 8 N(R 2 )R 9 , R 8 OC(O)N(R 2 )R 9 ; R 8 means hydrogen atom or (C 5 -C 14 )-aryl-(C 1 -C 8 )-alkanediyl; R 9 means a single bond; R 10 means C(O)R 11 ; R 11 means OH; p and q = 0 or 1 being independently each of other in all their stereoisomeric forms and their mixtures in all ratios. Compounds are good antagonists of vitronectin receptor and inhibitors of bone resorption. Invention proposes also method of synthesis of compounds and pharmaceutical composition.
